Every order at Dear Jenny is packed with intention and care. Thank you for trusting us with something you’ll wear and love. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order thoughtfully.
Shipping Rates to United States and Canada
- Flat-Rate Shipping: $8.95 on all U.S. orders, $15 on orders shipping to Canada
- FREE Shipping: On all orders over $150
Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once the order subtotal reaches $150 before taxes and discounts.
Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, GST/HST, or import taxes charged upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by Canadian customs authorities.
Mobile Boutique & Event Purchases
Items purchased at mobile boutique events or pop-ups are not eligible for shipping unless explicitly offered at the time of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has shipped:
U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days
Canada Orders: Typically arrive within 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high-volume periods.
Dear Jenny is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Dear Jenny is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We are always happy to assist you in locating tracking details.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges to be resent.
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as Dear Jenny is not responsible for lost return packages.
